How I Help
I have come to the realization that our realities are shaped by our beliefs, opinions, judgments, values, desires and fears. That this internal structure matches and mirrors (the perception of) our external structures (reality). When faced with a situation I do not particularly desire, I ask myself “What is is this a reflection of in me?”. This starts the detective work. I always bring the situation being faced inside. I believe that if we can change our internal structure, we will experience those changes as reflections in (the perception of) our external reality.
Your thoughts create your reality.
I own my life. I am accountable. I AM that. Now what? If I created my life as it is, how did I get here? I can see where I’ve been. I can see where I am going (kind of). How can I change course? What can I “DO” in the “NOW” that will have the most impact on my life? These are the questions I ask along my journey. I have made some amazing discoveries along the way and I want to share them with you.
I continually re-discover who I really am. I am presented with glimpses of this truth that lead to tiny explosions of paradigm shifting awareness. One of the most important things I have discovered about myself is that not only can I see the beauty in All That Is, I can teach you how to see that beauty as well.
I have also come to the realization that sometimes the answers to our questions come to us in the form of better questions. Are we asking the right questions? Are we listening? Ponder this: Did you know that the answers to your questions exist simultaneously with the question? Do we have the eyes to see it, or the ears to hear it?
The process of Theta Healing(TM), the paradigm of Huna, the perspectives and practices of shamanism, Reiki, and many other perspectives, all contribute to the process of remembering who we really are. There are many ways that Source reminds us of who we really are, I have had the privilege of experiencing just a few and I want to share with you what I have learned.
